We have 6 key roles.
  • AI Designer

    • Listens to and decodes client needs, translating them into challenges solvable through AI and data.
    • Defines the most suitable AI solution, selecting models, tools, and technologies aligned with the client's constraints and objectives.
    • Orchestrates the ecosystem of partners, data scientists, and developers, ensuring the solution is effectively developed and integrated.
  • Associate

    • Contributes to generating results by solving specific client problems, with team support.
    • Introduces small innovations that enhance problem-solving.
    • Helps manage client communication and teamwork.
  • Consultant

    • Delivers results by independently solving specific client problems.
    • Introduces and promotes innovations with tangible impact on client outcomes.
    • Contributes to the growth of new team members.
  • Manager

    • Coordinates projects and teams aiming to generate tangible and lasting impact, serving as the primary source of professional growth for the team.

  • Senior Manager

    You’ll be invited to take a test designed to assess your numerical, reasoning, and logic skills. If your profile matches what we’re looking for, you’ll be contacted via email to schedule a first interview.

    You'll be invited to 3 interviews, each including a business case and a motivational component, where you'll present your background and experience and get to know Exentially better.

    We’ll provide final feedback

    After completing all interviews, we will get in touch to provide feedback on the selection process.
